Ripped off

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Watch me open packs
What happens when the bug occurs? Bro 47 per cent chance 86 or higher and I get screwed
What do you expect to see? Better packs
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Everytime I buy packs

    @Bradleymcginn 

    It's 47%. That guarantees you have a 47% chance at an 86 or up. If it were 100% and weren't getting those items, there would be an issue. Otherwise, we're not aware of any problems with the probabilities not being what they are listed as.

    47% is a pretty high chance but doesn't guarantee you're going to get an 86 or up. We definitely appreciate the feedback, but this currently isn't a bug.

    Don't buy the packs. Save your coins and buy the players you want in the transfer exchange bit. You get who you want then.

    Pogo's "mine" game that was imbedded in Merge Academy was a total rip off!  I spent 140 gems to get 1000 energy.  When the game ended I had most of that energy left. Instead of transferring my left over energy into Merge Academy, Pogo tool it with them when the "mine " game ended.  I am thinking about disputing the charge on my credit card for the gems purchased.
