I received a ban for my in game name which wasn’t offensive at all, but however I can not change the name I was banned for. Is there a way to fix this so I am not banned again for the same name due to EA’s poor banning process.
Attached is an image of me not being able to change the name since it’s greyed out.

Community ManagerOther players shouldn't be able to see the name you were banned for. There's currently an issue where the name is changed, but only you and your club will see the old one. So, you shouldn't get banned for it again. If that happens, let me know and I'll look into it.
