Saucer pass as a defensemen

Product: NHL 20 Platform:Microsoft XBOX One How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don't know What happens when the bug occurs? No saucer...

Hello, @jamalzeshan.

Can you check to see if there's a firmware update for your controller? This is done through your Xbox settings. Go to Devices & Streaming > Accessories. You'll see a firmware option for your controller. See if this is up to date.

    Hi there, 

    Settings are normal - everything is up to date. 

    When I play season mode, saucer pass works just fine but doesn't work in world of Chel? 

    Is this a bug from from the recent update?

      That's really odd. We're not getting other reports of this happening. I played WoC last night and used saucer pass just fine. As did the others on my team. What control settings are you using? Skill stick, hybrid or NHL 94.

        Yaa it's super weird 🤔. I'm using the skill stick.

        I'm not sure how to fix it. I'll try again the next time I go online (sometime this weekend) and keep you informed if that's okay? Maybe it's just a glitch that will fixed itself.
