SCOUTING ASSIGNMENTS/SCOUTING GRADING

The scouting assignments never complete, neither the destination or time period. 

IE scout OHL FORWARS 3 WEEKS and come back in 2 weeks and the SCOUTING IS IN EUROPE?

Come Draft Time theres hardly any players scouted and Each Region is still 30-50 percent scouted...

And even those outcomes are wrong post draft???

Scouting Grading is terrible. There are lots of Creditable Scouting Reports for Juniors and Europe. 

Having only 10 players per draft only NHL potential keeps the next 25 years pretty bleak in Franchise

If you added at least Round 123 have potential for NHL 

In previous NHL series that kept the GM MODE much more functional
