I deleted the save file, redownloaded, I did it twice and it still is stuck on the loading screen when I click play next game so I then went and created a new season to see if it works which it does

Community ManagerI'm sorry to say, that means your save is corrupt. Unfortunately, I don't know of a way to get it back. At this point, I think you'll just need to keep playing on the new season.
