Hey, the shutouts I was talking about was in the HUT team stats section. This is something that should have been included by default. EA has ALWAYS been weak on stats and deep into details. Less options and less control. It has ALWAYS been like that. This was one of the fundamental reasons I decided to play nhl 2k5 for 15 years. Modernized graphics and that game would be the best hockey. It was ground breaking for hockey. The AI behaviour was unbelievable. There is just so much that I know has been taken from that hockey game and integrated into the new EA hockey,
stats should be deep, last ten games should always be available when going into a players card. It’s fun, it’s motivating, it gets people more involved with their team. Switching the player to another line, seeing their progression, it’s a stimulus that seems EA doesn’t think deeply to understand the affects and addiction the user has to stats and THEIR personal performances. So like I was saying, shutouts stats is NOT in the stats section of my HUT team. This should be added. And yes it would be nice if it was added this year. It’s not hard I’m sure.
you misunderstood me, I was saying how incredible for EA not to include the statistic “shutout” in the stats section for my HUT team. When I do get a shutout, I would like to see how many shutouts I got with my goalies. I know they are possible to get and I already completed the 11 shutout objective. If you had price as your goalie in HUT, tell me how many shutouts he had? Can you or not? You know what I mean? It’s just not there, and this is what is impossible, how EA didn’t even add that in the game. This is why I was saying leadership is missing, but the potential is there. And what is missing really is me. I’m nothing, I am dust. But when I love something and I want it to be the best I won’t sleep. I have 10 synergies, 5 team, but I can make it 13 with a couple of changes. But I don’t want certain players. That movie “ a beautiful mind” that guy that’s there on the wall figuring out numbers and finding codes, getting to the bottom of things. Just getting the answer, I did it, I can say I have 13 synergies, I planned for it. I don’t think many can say that. And I had this for maybe a month now.
I just want this game to be more complete and I want to speak one on one with someone that doesn’t see me as a commoner but someone that is clear minded, focused on what is doable, I see the issues, BIG TIME, I was never one that cared about graphics, let someone do that, for me it’s the actual gameplay, and stats. I also have a new game mode for HUT that I want to discuss, I think it will make more people involved with their teams and will be in the NHL game for longer periods of time, so more longer play time in ea hockey than for them to leave and play another game. This is was your passion 20 years ago, this was my passion as well. I just always thought it would be okay in someone else’s hands but I was wrong, and now I’m here. And I want to do what is right,
Yes of course, I made videos with the directional pad showing, tons, I have let’s say 100, I can just start adding them here? One by one? I want to make it organized. I was going to make a YouTube video and show step by step what to do to make HUT better. This will take time though. Because there is so much, offline and menu and so on. But at least I can show the game play and flaws. And how the game was accepted to go on. I have questions like, why have stats always been a last priority for EA, and why do they decide to not make it part of any hockey game? I want to understand the reason? It cannot be that something so easy to be left out? Is it laziness? Does EA think it’s just not so important? Does it take too much time? I truly want to understand why it’s not included and what is the reasoning behind this decision. I want the reasoning before anything else to understand. It doesn’t make sense to me. But if it’s done with other companies, and on games from 2005, why not in 2021? The psychological effect stats has on the mind is more powerful than the game itself. As the lead, I would push that to be integrated into all my franchise games, do it once and copy paste on every years game. Stats is a must, and will boost players commitment, I guarantee it or you can tie me up a shoot pucks at me 2021 times.
As for the customizations, they are already there, you have them in franchise mode of when building creating a player. You have helmets, why not pass or gloves, you have all the licensing. It’s on the boards in game. Companies are happy to have their name in your game. Why it’s not available in HUT, this is not normal,
something I will ask again, do you know and if not, can you find out, how many minutes, gigs, can I include when I start making videos to show the flaws and solutions to the game? Everything I say is constructive, there is a solution at the end. The most constructive thing of all is putting egos aside, yes I can make the game better from what I see and play, but I’m never better Than anyone else. Also, even if I had final say, I would and will always ask the team what anyone thought and what they can bring to the table. But I know that I have the ability to know what I better than not.

Sorry for delay, I will do that I am working on making those videos. There are so many. Also, this problem with wingers all mixed up, I want to tell you, not long after I posted about it here there was an update. This actually made the game back to the way it was before. Wingers were normalized. I found the issue the bug glitch, the player that causes this is silver Jean beliveau, my issue is back, and the game is impossible to enjoy already with the game being incomplete. I want to know how I can reinstall the latest update? This corrected the issue. I can tell you for sure the issue is with Jean beliveau master icon. Twice I made changes with my team and it was only with him. And twice the issue started when he was placed or removed. All players become erratic. And you have been notified about this so why isn’t anyone doing anything about this? 100% the issue is with beliveau. And I removed him from my lineup and now I need to do a refresh of the game to correct it. But I can assure you 100% that there is a problem with players swapping positions, and when glitched or bugged, the lineup swapping is almost the entire game, this is not normal. I know the difference from before and after, not same behaviour. Are you telling the ea about this? Aren’t they concerned when people are competing? Check beliveau, check my account, check my games, would you like an entire game video to actually see that something needs to be done on your end? You need to tell me this. If you guys have time to sit and watch entire games, you can do so much more.
You misunderstood, first off, it’s been what 4 weeks at least you are aware that Ai has gone bezerk. Left wing is on my right wing. Center can be any wingman. My left d is my right d. They switched. This is very clear. I play daily and I played hundreds of games. I have 4 right handed forwards, most of the game they (right handed forwards) go on my right wing. They are all assigned to my left wing. It is very clear that it is a glitch, before the glitch their behaviour was minimal and would be in the wrong position at the right times caused by my usage of players, but with the glitch, it’s most of the game. First time the glitch happened when I wrote was when I made only one change on my line. I removed Jean beliveau bronze. A week after I created a case here, there was an update I heard 1.60. This update has nothing to do with this issue I know because I wouldn’t have it happen again. But this issue was gone with that update because it must have refreshed the game. I don’t know if you are familiar with PC’s, but there are glitches that correct themselves like a reset. My problem was gone. For 2 weeks and I was going to write you here to say something, but I didn’t want to jinx it. Well Jean beliveau was part of my team plans and I bought him again as silver master icon, I placed him in my lineup and this again was the only change I have made to the team, and that AI issue came back. This makes me believe that this is beliveau card causing this. Look, this is what’s funny about ea, you guys won’t fix the game but add something about arts. This is why I said, people need to lose their jobs to make EA a better company. Especially for hockey, after one month no one can look into this? The videos I said I have made I all the glitches to show how incompetent EA really is when programming the game. I asked you here if I can put the videos, you said put the on YouTube and link them here. This is once again for all videos and all issues about this game. But the one issue I have with AI I am show you in one video which I can put here now. Come on Aljo, pay attention. Contact your crew. I’m game testing the game, it doesn’t take one month to make such a small adjustment when I find an issue. I will post that video here to show my players changed behaviour, but I did ask you a question you avoided, can I reinstall the last update? This would reset the game and fix the AI, beliveau has been removed from my team. You didn’t answer that. You cannot understand that wingmen assigned to the left is on the right? And vice versa? How funny the video is unsupported. Coming from an iPad. In the year 2021 I cannot post a video of 1 minute and 55 seconds. SERIOUSLY, PEOPLE NEED TO BE FIRED. After 200 days of playing the game you get this free gold master icon 96 overall. Look at the card and it’s stats. All the stats are bronze icon stats. LOL. Tell me how pathetic it is, want more? As if you will do something about it aljo, that’s it, I don’t believe you or anyone from EA to do anything when you’re presented with such simple things and nothing gets done. Community ManagerThere have been no changes to AI behavior in a long time. Players will switch sides according to which strategies you have set as well as how the play dictates. A RW that is currently on the left side isn't going to abandon their position just to get back to the right side. They will make that change when the time is right, but they aren't going to leave open players and ice just to do so. They are reacting to the strategy you have set, positioning of opposing players and where the puck currently is. If you're seeing your players on the faceoff being in wrong positions, that would be a bug. Unless one of the players from that line is serving a penalty. Then, you could see them in different positions.
And this is why nothing gets done at EA. You just indirectly called me stupid. I played everyday for 4 months, played over 1000 games. The slightest behaviour I can tell, I’m getting very frustrated because this is only the beginning. But you are part of the issue at EA and why nothing gets done and why people turn their backs on EA. Or why they just hate or boo EA. So let me repeat it again because you just don’t get it, I played over 1000 games at least. I know the slightest behaviour of my linemen. I put the video on YouTube for you to watch, you can see with your own eyes, this was off the a line change. The RW WENT TO THE LEFT AND THE LW WENT TO THE RIGHT. I told you my linemen were normal the way it was with update patch, then it went haywire again with the same and only player Jean beliveau, I know the difference between normal players swapping positions and players staying there, I made that clear for you to avoid saying what you said. The linemen switch and they stay there. I make a line change without touching any forward and they go the opposite side. Without touching the dmen doing a line change and the dmen are opposite side. I know what my direction I’m going, I know what line is on, I realized that the players have swapped positions without touching them and they are there most of the game. You speak English right? I’ll say again and again, most of the game the players are in the wrong positions, this is not normal and this is why I’m here writing to EA. So don’t tell me anything except finding the issue. Aljo you should have a better ear when you get facts like the two photos I sent you that has never been fixed or corrected by EA, you should have a better ear when I sent you link to the video of players in wrong positions and they stayed there. I made this very clear. So don’t tell me you listen, and I asked several times if there is a way for me to install the latest update myself again. This seemed to have refreshed or reset the game. Rebooting didn’t work.
Community ManagerI'm not trying to argue with you. Players will change sides during play according to strategies and what's happening on the ice. Also, if you skate out of position, a teammate is going to cover that position so they don't leave open ice or an opposing player uncovered. Then, another player needs to cover their position. They will all cycle around to cover as much ice as possible according to the strategies you have set.
Nothing has changed in any updates recently that affect the AI players. I didn't tell you how to reinstall the update because it won't make a difference. However, if you want to do this, delete and reinstall the game. That will force the update to download again.
