    Sounds like you have the dreaded fat man lag. Are you playing on wifi by any chance? I highly recommend switching to a wired connection for a more stable experience

    @coupe1122lx1222 

    To backup what @TTZ_Dipsy said, the biggest reason we see for lag is being on a wireless connection. Something else that needs to be done regularly is power cycling your modem, router and console. I do this every couple of weeks. Have you done that recently?

    @coupe1122lx1222 Try clearing Xbox local saved data in your storage. Let it restart. You might even feel less delay in menus . It’s corrupted data from the game saves hindering system performance

    Thanks Im not playing on WiFi but figured out how to fix the issue  DONT PLAY FIFA  it works pretty good.  now I don’t have to unplug anything or clear cache and don’t experience delay thanks for nothing
