Slow servers, low ping, compensation?

EA, maybe you should look deeper into a major UE (not Scandinavian - especially Finns) player's problem - low pings. How can we have an even game when Finns and Swedes have a ping <10ms and ours is ...

2 weeks and NO RESPONSE from EA, yeah - great support...

Opening ports will do anything? I'd do anything to make the game let me play equally with others.

My frustration is getting bigger and bigger with every day. I've just finished a game with a FINN 82-85 team, with my 87 overall, with WC, DK and AD syngergy's. My 96 speed player couldn't go faster than gold card Pasternak 🙂 3:2 OT loss in the end. Series of !@#$% in the end.

opening ports can help to a degree but there are no guarantees, especially when it comes to EA and it's servers. I highly doubt there will be any sort of compensation and artificially balancing ping wouldn't go over so well with people who have theirs increased (plus i don't think that is legal)

      Is this something you're interesting in troubleshooting at all to see if we can lower your ping through connection troubleshooting? It's worth taking a shot but we can't guarantee the first steps we'll give you will show signs of improvement, but if we keep working at it we can at least do what we can to make it more enjoyable for you while we pass feedback along to the team for them to consider for discussions around server improvements. Let us know what platform you play the game on and whether you play on wired or WiFi.

        6-8 months before, I went through the troubleshooting help with one of your employees - Brad, as I remember. He advised me to contact my internet provider to do some stuff and it got a tiny better. Now, I still have a ping between 45-60ms, which appears to be a difference while playing with Swedes and especially Fins. I'd go through that again if you have some other clues.

        I contacted some other players from my country and they have similar issues. With slow servers around there's probably not much we can do...

        I have PS4 pro, 250mb hard wired connection.
