So many complaints...

I' have bought every single NHL game by EA Sports since NHL 2003 for Xbox. I have spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars on HUT packs alone, and this is how loyal long-term NHL players are treated... For starters i run a 55mbs download speed and 55mbs upload speed; I have never disconnected more from a game then EA Sports NHL. It has gotten to the point where I am fed up, sick and tired of all this inconvenience on how EA Sports favours a select group of people. These people are the ones that get sent like 50 packs a week from EA Sports just because they have a twitch/youtube following, all for free. I understand how these select few 'advertise' for EA and make them money... But doesn't every EA Sports NHL player on either consoles, but the majority get the short end of the stick where a few get showered in packs; how is this fair? Meanwhile I work my a$$ off for 8,750 coins for 1 pack and never get anything... Not just this year, back to 2013 NHL, never ever caught a break. I currently am 33-13-4 all in NHL 16  superstar/allstar difficulty mainly because every time I attempt to play online seasons I get disconnected, so that cuts out the fun online experience, and I know as a fact the problems aren't on my end, it isn't coincidence that every nhl game i lose connection a lot. Past 3 days ive opened 12 packs, all 8,750 and all the coins were made from playing games and not from every getting a player above overall 85 let alone 84. For a game thats suppose to be "realistic" this is really unrealistic, and too far fetched. Noticed the price for just the game climbed 10$ +tax on top of that all the packs prices went up for whatever reason. For a company that claims to care for their customers why are you trying to rob us blind? Why don't you show some appreciation to your customers...ever? It isnt EA Sports that drives us to buy these NHL games, its hockey as a whole the drives to to buy these games. I am no longer a EA Sports fan, all you care about as a company is money and not your customers satisfaction otherwise where is your support phone number? it is so obvious you've lost care for your fans and customers.

  • They rigged the pack odds. I've noticed a a difference since NHL 15. Nothing above a mid 80s player. NHL 14 HUT, I would occasionally get a high 80s low 90s player, not even a sift now. I agree with your frustration. When I look at someone like BaconCountry, this guy racks up endless premium packs, where the heck is getting all the coins for this? Are you saying EA gives him packs for free? If so, how do you know this?

  • If you watch BaconCountry's YouTube series "Pull an Ovi" he quick sells the entire pack for coins when he doesn't get Alex Ovechkin. If EA was giving him free packs they would not have any coin value or cant be traded

I sympathize with you. I had 35+ packs to pull from and Kopitar is the best player I've pulled. So I have lost interest in HUT until I can pull some better players. Last year at least I pulled Tavares and a couple others, so I could keep or sell.

  • There has been a noticeable difference since NHL 15 with the gold packs. I use to get high 80's and once in a while a low 90's card. Now, I'm luck if I pull a mid 80's. They changed the odds to pull these players.

  • The packs are rigged if you use coins, the 8750 coin packs aren't even worth bothering with.

Yeah, those packs are sent to him and many other youtubers, he talks about it all the time. It is intended to help youtubers grow their channel through giveaways and pack openings.

  • When EA gives away freebies they have no value to them nor can they trade them. On a side bar, I know many aren't going to believe me. I pulled a base Claude Giroux in my last bronze reward pack. I fell off the chair, I couldn't believe it.
