4 years agoThanks for getting back to me. Do you also have an external hard drive? If so, can you try installing there instead?

All of my other games work well on my PS5. For NHL HUT all of the other options in the menu (i.e. auction, team, objectives) are fine, it's just the game play.- EA_Aljo4 years ago

Thanks for those details. Try rebuilding the database with the steps here. Also, restore your licenses with these instructions.

I have tried rebuilding the database, clear cache and restore license and I still have the same issue.
What would be the next steps?
