Squad battles/Rivals - keep freezing

For the past 4 to 5 weeks (since the last patch), both Squad Battles and Rival keep freezing.  Up to the screen where both teams are shown there are no issues, but as soon as this screen is on it st...

Internal Hard Drive.

Also, additional info - I have a PS5 - digital edition.

Thanks for getting back to me. Do you also have an external hard drive? If so, can you try installing there instead?

    @EA_Aljo I do not have an external hard drive.

    All of my other games work well on my PS5. For NHL HUT all of the other options in the menu (i.e. auction, team, objectives) are fine, it's just the game play.

      Thanks for those details. Try rebuilding the database with the steps here. Also, restore your licenses with these instructions.

        I have tried rebuilding the database, clear cache and restore license and I still have the same issue.
        What would be the next steps?
