I was banned for three days for my in game name. My in game name was OH DANG. Not sure how this goes against the ToS or community guidelines. I opened a case, but it says fixed but I’m still banned. Wondering if I can get the van lifted before the three days or will I have to wait regardless.

I was banned for my name too but in the email they sent me it doesn’t tell me how long i’ll be banned for and i want to know
Community ManagerPlease try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They should be able to tell you how long the ban is.
i opened a case 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard anything from anyone about how long my ban is and i’m so frustrated i’ve been dying to play and i just wish you could call me or at least contact me i haven’t heard anything at all it’s so annoying
