@TTZ_Dipsy I purchased the both 21 and 22 for my PS5. I don't understand how to specify that I want the PS4 version when I buy something from the store. I bought other PS5 games, and it works, and the previous NHL works, so I thought this should work also.

*Had to edit a big post I made as I just noticed you said your setup has worked with other PS5 titles before. If the option to purchase PS4 or PS5 versions aren't in your console's store, you should be able to check via the website on PC. If you purchased the X-Factor edition, you can scroll over your game tile in the xmb and press the options button - there should be a "game version" tab

Hopefully, @EA_Blueberry has some insight?
