Thanks for flagging this down and appreciate the tag, @TTZ_Dipsy 

Did you purchase the X-Factor edition? I'm curious if the game is able to work with the controller on the PS4 version of the game if that is loaded up from the games library (highlight the game and under options from the 3 dots you can launch the PS4 version). 

We'll want to know these details when passed along to the team to verify if it's impacting both versions or a specific one.

I just checked and it says NHL 22 X-Factor edition.  Did I purchase the wrong one?
