Trade board - AI making unacceptable changes - Request to disable Scouts

Yes, it has been bugged for several years now which is why I am hoping EA will step up and make a fix of some sort. 

Also irritating is the line changes, you sub in a player and it asks substitute in all lines? I select yes then have to go fill in all the special teams lines that the player wasn't added to. All lines should mean all lines the previous player was on.

@grkub They actually fixed that in 21, but then after the November patch the game would freeze when trying to fill a spot with a scratched player. They released an emergency fix that basically put the line changes back to how they were in 20.
