Trade board - AI making unacceptable changes - Request to disable Scouts

I play franchise mode with no coach changing lines and set my trade board up. Out of nowhere I am getting offers that don't match what I put my trade board at. I look at it only to find  the AI chang...

I leave fog of war disabled along with coach line changes and do manual scouting of prospects. Nothing we can do stops the trade board from getting changed

To be clear I am not asking to disable scouts as a whole just to disable AI changes to my trade block. The scouts job is to scout players and give me a report on them. It is not their job to decide who goes on the trade block or what type of players/draft picks I need
