Ultimate Team packs NHL 15 XBOX 360

I entered my code for the NHL Ultimate Team edition and it "downloaded it" then gave a me an error message that it could not be applied.  I have not yet recieved any packs and tried to enter the code again and it said it was already used.  In addition when I went back to the store to open more of my returning bonus packs they were gone.  I got 14 and only opened 8.  What can I do to fix this?
