Unable to play 1v1 online play or any world of Chell mode

9 out of 10 times I go to play any online game mode I’m unable to either select a team or select a position (woc). It will load into game lobby or locker room (woc) but unable to select any option after that point.

    @mhtessier 

    Try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

    Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
    Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

    Thanks for trying. Next, let's see if clearing your alternate MAC address will help. Please follow these steps:

    Clear alt mac:

    Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

    What exactly is happening? Are you disconnecting as soon as you search for a game?

  • to the best of my knowledge im having matchmaking issues on my main account, no error messages saying im not connected, just stuck in the loading queue till it says failed to find opponents

    Can you check your router to make sure it's using the latest firmware version?
