    As it turns out, it seems to be an issue with custom gamerpics.  Change your gamerpic on Xbox live to a a default one and you should be able to get in

I'm having the same issue. I really want to play so I can get all the extra perks but it won't let me. Please fix soon.

As it turns out, it seems to be an issue with custom gamerpics.  Change your gamerpic on Xbox live to a a default one and you should be able to get in

      Did you ever get a resolution? I am having the same issue I can play drop in but no one's or threes eliminator, stays stuck on matchmaking screen with high population and 14 sec avg search. Then after about 5 minutes get the return to dressing room error.

        Yeah it's a custom gamerpic issue. Change it to one of the defaults and it will work.

    @Narconis Not gonna lie 3s eliminator hasn't worked for me since nhl 16 and now it does with just that. Thank you but EA come on....
