As it turns out, it seems to be an issue with custom gamerpics. Change your gamerpic on Xbox live to a a default one and you should be able to get in

Can you also try power cycling your modem and router? If you have a modem/router combo unit, then you just have the one device to unplug. However, when you do this you should also hard restart your console again. Can you try that and let me know if it helps?
Alright I have a router/modem combo and did the hard reset. Then did a hard reset and unplugged the cables on ps4 then did another reset from safe menu. Still unable to join a 3’s eliminator game.
still getting this screen although other modes in nhl and other online games are working.
Community ManagerSo far, the only solution we know for this is changing your gamerpic. You might want to try another and make sure it's a default image. You also could try opening the ports for NHL.
