Unable to reinstall NHL20 on disc

Lately I have been trying to reinstall NHL20 Standard Edition for Xbox One on my Series X but whenever my download gets to 6.33GB the installation stops. I have tried the solutions on the Xbox support page for this issue but none of the solutions there have worked.

I suspect either a damaged disc or player profile:

Clean the disc and retry

Check if it will install while using another console profile

Replace/return the disc
