unlink steam account

Once you unlink a platform account (like Steam) from your EA Account and link it to a new EA Account, you can’t unlink it again for six months.

Make sure unlinking is the best choice for you and that you understand the risks before you follow these steps.

I am very sure to unlink my current ea acount

Hi, I haven't log on this account for very long time. Now I can choose the unlink steam account option. But it says my EA Account is blocked. Can you explain to me what is going on? and how to solve it? Thank you very much.
