Unreceived Rewards

Product: NHL 17
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug I didn't receive my TOTY Taresenko and I'm signed up for EA rewards and have been for a long time before this was given away
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? by reimbursing everyone who should have received one and didn't
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't get my card
What do you expect to see? I want the card that I didn't get

I didn't say something earlier because I just found this program

    If you should have the Tarasenko HUT TOTY item and do not, please contact an Advisor for assistance.

    I was supposed to have a 99 getzlaf from my play to give pack but it only gave me the expansion

    I would report it as missing content, you could also report it again, separately, as a bug.
