So EA support told me to respond to this specific issue, even though it's not very similarly related, besides the fact that I had collectibles go missing! Here's the link to what happened, so I was trying to upgrade my Awards Kucherov card from my collection, but as soon as I redeemed 5 of my collectibles, my game crashed, giving me an error code. When I reopened HUT, the Kucherov card was in my item inbox, without the upgrades, and the collectibles I used were not. So it's like the game just accepted the upgrade but didn't actually do it to the card. The error code was 1C52212010407BA0-0000000000009999-ED3CA172F6C931B0
I went to EA Support, spoke for almost an hour to no resolution to my conflict, so hopefully this post will help like they said it would. Thanks.
