Vibration promblem for controller

I just got NHL24 and in the beginning when I would play a play now game or a franchise game, my controller would vibrate when I skate or when I body cheak somone. When I played HUT the vibration when skating with the puck turned off and when I got body cheak or when I body checked someone the vibration just wouldn't happen. I thought it be just a something for online games. But when I went back to my franchise mode to play a game, the off vibration continued to the game mode, same with play now. It says I have my vibration at enhanced but it still feels likes the vibration is off.
