Where is the place to report EA for NOT HELPING THEIR CUSTOMERS OUT?!

They obviously can't take regular complaints because there is no where to call, but how can you tell them that the customer service is actually the worst I've ever seen? Been waiting for two weeks for a resolution to my Ultimate Team Cards that I PAID FOR! Not even some stupid lag issue. I haven't recieved a single thing and my case remains open. This is ridiculous.
