Why don't I have access to the NHL 16 EASHL Beta?

At this stage The beta should be available to everyone that is eligible, as explained here: https://www.easports.com/nhl/eashl/news/2015/eashl-beta-faq

If you still cannot find the Beta, please provide us with the following information so we can look into this further:

1. Which platform are you on?
2. Do you own the NHL 15 game?
3. Are you an EA Access member?
4. If you own NHL 15 on PS3 / X360, did you opt in? If so, did you opt-in before the cut off on July 25, 11:59 AM PT? Did you check whether you received the access code on your EA/Origin account email? Make sure that you look in all your folders (including spam).
5. Are you 18+?
