Why have they have removed the basic ability to edit players in Franchise mode?

Im still so confused as to how this is still an issue. Literally every sports game has this ability in franchise and the NHL series had it too up until they added the chemistry system and completely ...

@jamiestang shot bias is only for created players in the most recent game patch

Thank You Johum2886 Sir u was 💯 CORRECT o the shot bias ! I got it to work ! 

Now could you or someone else here clarify just how it works. So nobody is using it wrongly please ? 

For examples what do you get when you have these 2 settings on shot bias ? 

2 - ? More shots or more passes ?

12 - ? More shots or more passes ?

    @jamiestang closer to 0 is going to be a shot heavy player, closer to 15 is a pass heavy player
