The worst thing is EA just lets days & months go by without giving us a fix for the CE error ! I can't even play my NHL Season !

I had the problem on my PS4.
I got the CE error in two of my Franchise mode saves and I couldn´t create more than ten players on my main account when playing NHL 20 before it CE crashed.
But I had no issues when I did it on my other account.
So I ended up doing all my Franchises Modes on NHL 20 on my other account without having the CE issue.
Still always made my wonder why an account could create the CE error in the first place.

Why how is my ID going to help fix this problem if I may ask Sir ?
Do you think you can help me get it fixed if you can't is there any hope in sight if yes when it's been like this way too long already I don't know why EA hasn't gotten out of fix yet ?
EA knows of this problem it's been like this for months now and when is EA going to fix the roster at it so did it it can be patched onto our current seasons ?
