Why no nhl mobile? Or nhl on Nintendo switch??

I don't believe an official response has ever been given for NHL but FIFA got a Switch port so I guess it's not out of the realm of possibility.

With PC there were concerns of mods and popularity; I assume maybe they don't think NHL would sell well in regions where the Switch is most popular? For mobile I just assume it's a control issue (unless they wanna make it super simple and arcadey)

Switch isn't worth the investment.    With how consoles are these days there is almost next to no reason to not release on PC.  Mods will happen with any PC game it's just a given.

As for mobile they would just create a card game like NHL2K did.
