Will EA ever make an NHL ps vita version

Will EA ever be releasing an NHL game for the PS Vita? If not, what is the reason? Does the cost analysis reveal it wouldn’t be profitable? At a minimum, why isn’t the PSP NHL game able to be played on the Vita?
