Everytime I try to creat a new club. It gives me an error message saying failed to retrieve data. Then the screen goes blank and I can’t do anything until someone invites me or I dashboard. I’m not in a club at the moment and it has been happening every time for two days. Please help
@zachariah93 A couple of things you can try. First go to the game saves for NHL and delete your user profile (when you restart the app you will have to redo your settings like cameras, etc.).
If that doesn’t help delete the game data file and reinstall the game. This will take a while depending on your internet speeds. You won’t lose any saved data, but again you will have to redo game settings.
So I have restarted the game, restarted the console, restarted my internet, deleted my saves, deleted and reinstalled the game and none of them have fixed the error.
