What happens when the bug occurs? Loads into the game but does not join the lobby you are invited to

So basically, with some degree of regularity, when I get sent an game invite, I accept it but it just dumps me to the WoC main menu screen as opposed to joining the lobby to which I was invited.

Repeated invites yield the same result. This is fixed by dashboarding and shutting the game down. Others have experienced this as well.
