World of Chel Stuck on Loading Screen!!!

Product: NHL 22
Platform:Xbox Series X
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Every time I try to save changes after changing my EASHL club arena/jersey/etc.
What happens when the bug occurs? Stuck in loading screen
What do you expect to see? my new team information and jersey design/color saved.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Everytime I try this...
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30

I see the blank white ice as it "tries" to load my lobby... I then sit waiting for countless minutes ( this last time I was waiting for 2 1/2 hours) before I restarted my game to just play.... Really disappointing has been happening since launch and have not seen a fix to this SIMPLE issue through all the "updates"...

    Hi there, @td0s13.


    It's possible there's a particular customization you're choosing that is causing this. Can you reset everything to be as default as possible or choose different options and see if this still happens?

    No this happens every time. I even went in and didnt change anything just saved and it STILL froze. So looks like its nothing in particular. And this also happens to my everyone in my club who tries to change something so it is not just me who is experiencing this issue.

    Apologies for the late response. I was out yesterday so I couldn't respond. As far as this issue goes, could you try changing the club abbreviation to something else?
