World of Chel Unable to download rosters

I am having issues with NHL 19 online services. I play on PS4 and have a wired connection of 60+Mbps. Every other online game works. For whatever reason, world of chel will not let me download rosters. Kind of frustrating when the big new game mode is Ones and I can't even play it (btw it worked fine in the beta). It keeps telling me to check my internet connection and try again later. I have tried deleting game and all saved data and re installing. I have tried signing out of my PlayStation account, resetting my PS4 and logging back in. I have reset the router and PS4. I have tried every solution I have seen for NHL 18 and 17. I'm really not sure what else I can do. Can anyone help?

P.S. Austin Watson plays in the NHL (before his lawsuit) yet when you create a pro, you can't select Watson as your pxp name? Been hoping for a revamp since NHL 16 be a pro...

    @Jordowats Have you tried downloading the roster from the Rosters tile at the main menu? Go into the active rosters and hit x to download (and have a green check mark next to it).

    Yes I have tried that as well, no luck...
