Wrap Around

It's much easier to do forehand but the principle's the same with backhand -- when circling the net, deke to the side you want then drive up the post and shoot at the same time. Low shots are easier on forehand and I've found shooting high on the backhand to work well.

The trick is timing and how smoothly you rotate your right stick to shoot.
