Wrong player handedness.

Product: NHL 19
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Search Nicholas Robertson in HUT and in Google.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens but the player has the INCORRECT stick IN GAME.
What do you expect to see? Player’s stick flipped around.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here Hockey Ultimate Team
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 10:00 PM
What is your time zone? PRT - GMT - 4:00
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Agruza

What happens when the bug occurs? There is no freak out but type stuff but this player has the WRONG handed stick. I don’t know if he’s that sick or something but i do know he’s a top prospect and should at least have the correct handedness

    What happens when the bug occurs? player shoots right handed instead of left handed
    What do you expect to see? it fixed
    Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

    INCORRECT!!!!

    It shows him as a lefty in his player info but when you play he is right handed!

    Feel free to get the 95 overall draft Nicholas Robertson and see for yourself.

    Its really frustrating and why would I lie about it.

    You are the NHL support team so Im sure you can fix this.

    Are you going to have the sets to trade in previous months collectables towards the current month anymore?

    also there are many loan players in our collection that there havent been sets of like other loan players.

    In the future, please create a new thread when changing the subject of discussion.

    The previous month collectibles sets were discontinued at the end of May.  I do apologize for the inconvenience.

    I am not sure about Loan Player sets.  Just keep an eye out for banners in the HUT main menu.
