Xbox One NHL22 does nothing when disc is inserted. New game never used prior.

Xbox one game and system and NHL 22 new and opened today. Nothing happens when disc is inserted, but other new games load and work fine like this game in 2021 version. Any ideas why 2022 disc does nothing when inserted? It is new and was never used prior and is for the correct system.

    I powered down and up a few times, and that did not work, but unplugging it did. It is installing now.

    Hey, @CadenceDoge 

    Glad you got it to install. Just a heads up, I am an Xbox gamer and there are times you might need to power cycle the console to clear up a caching issue. Here is how to do it below. Whenever you start to notice slower performance or weird game issues, these steps are the first thing to try before diving into anything more advanced.

    How to power cycle your Xbox console:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    1. Plug the console power cable back in.
    2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
