‎command & conquer 4 tiberian twilight registration (Steam)‎

I purchased the game (tiberian twilight) from Steam, installed, and when I get to the registration part of the setup, I put in the key that Steam gave for the game. I get an Error "General System Err...

    Hey @Xermaxm in the past I know that this issue has been fixed by adding your CD key to Origin. Can you try adding the game to your Origin account and then launch it again to see if you see the same issue?
