0xc00007b error when trying to download origin

I apologise in advance as I am not the most savvy with this type of thing and I am a fairly new PC user but have had an Origin account for a while. I've gone straight to google, found the Origin web...

    Hey @IzMiaB in that case you can simply download and install the required files from the link I shared above.

Thanks so so much for coming back to me so quickly! 

I'm really sorry that I no good at this but I am not even sure how I would go about accessing Program Files? I've searched for it and can't find a single folder that has anything to do with Origin?
