A couple of days ago I tried to login into origin and kept getting a error. When I checked my email I saw that I was banned for chargeback. A couple weeks ago I had a fraud charge on my card from amazon for $80 and my bank back charged it, but it also charged back anything within the last 24 hours. I had purchased points that morning before. Is there anyway I can pay this charge so my account is unbanned or what?

I have reached out too them and I haven't had a response is 3 days
Still have not responded as of 1/11/2022 and last email was on 1/7/2022 saying I was banned
