Account Hacked and EA do absolutely nothing.

Hi @Laadiidaa62,

When you account has been hacked, then you can contact our support team to get support for your hacked account. 

It looks like you've already done this, but you no longer have access to your own e-mail account and that makes things a bit more difficult to verify that you're the owner of the EA account. This is because we indeed take account security very seriously. 

Have you asked our support team if there is another way to verify that you are the owner of the account?

Indeed. They cut me off from the chat.

I have cancelled my monthly payment via my bank.

Unfortunately, this has also caused my account to be locked due to fraud on my EA account and your refusal to do anything about it.

Sir, EA have been totally appalling in this matter

And I also sent an email to EA re this matter last week and guess what. You ignored it.

Shame on you for the hassle you have caused me.

    I can see that the chat got disconnected, but I can't see that the Advisor disconnected it, it could have been a technical hiccup. 

    Another Advisor followed up by e-mail where certain details were requested. Could you re-open that case and send all the details that were requested via your case? That would be the only way to recover the account.

    As for the account being locked, is that the account that you're trying to gain access to? If so, then you can explain what has happened after you've gained access to the account again to our Terms of Service team.

      i have terminated my origin pro membership and now i would like this account closing down. it has been hacked and i will not be using it again. this account is now totally useless to me and i absolutely will not be using this account again.

      it is also a security risk as hackers have access to it. the same hackers can also access all my personal information as they have my password. due to the peculiar way EA conducts business, I am totally unable to change my password and my details.

      please let me know how to proceed with this,

      please note that i have absolutely no intention of going through the ludicrous chat system again.

        I'm sorry but I don't have another solution, this has to go through our support team due to security reasons @Laadiidaa62.
