I am on Xbox and I am having the same issues. I was able to play this morning but around 3-4 pm Pacific, the sound cut out, the game froze but I could still move the camera, and then I got kicked out. I haven't been able to log back in since. When I try to start the game again, the title screens are lagging so much. I tried to log in with a different account, which it did get farther than trying with my main account but eventually froze right after the first loading screen.
I'm on PC.
I received the error message, "Error updating Pilot data". Lots.
It's basically unplayable.
Does EA/Bioware actually reply to these?
I note from other forums etc a lot of people have this issue.
Hope it gets sorted soon.
