Anthem Connection Issue

Community ManagerHey @EndlessColor55, errors such as this can be caused by a number of issues.
Can you start by ensuring that you have a valid Xbox Live membership on your account?
You will then need to ensure that your account is set to adult, you can check this in your Xbox settings and it is worth toggling the option to ensure it is set as an adult.

So, the issue is fine now, I had contacted support through a ticket to get someone on the issue at that time, and literally the instant I start up a chat I tried to connect and it worked. I'm not entirely sure as to what the issue was, but all I know is that I played the demo and I loved it!
