    Uninstalling and reinstalling the game fixed the issue!

My PC could not Boot.

My GPU was not beeing utilized. 

I had to swap PSU cable and now everything works.

I am using Dark Power 1000W PSU that is modular,  so swapping cables was a no brainer. 

Now everything works perfectly
