    If it is an issue relating to an account or billing then you will need to speak with one of our live support advisers.

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

    I've had good advisors, and bad advisors, and that goes for other support calls as well. If you ever have support that seems like they're in a bad attitude or just want to work with a script, there is nothing wrong in starting over.
