Sorry to say @abubakraly but I am not aware of any plans to bring back the Harry Potter games.
I am happy to pass your feedback on but alas it is unlikely to see the games return.

harry potter and the prisoner of azkaban was even a games for windows box games, you willl not see a digital before most box games is bought out of market

elder scrolls daggerfall this game was actual a freeware from bethesda
can't remember if this was 10-15-20years anniversary or something like that
just like now you can get morrwind GOTY/pc for free atm. before 31march and act fast if you also want a legendy card game, or something like that.
diffrent titles and whoever sell what is complicated
but all this , imo is WB that should help with where to buy and from publisher to whatever title you looking for.
this has been seen before with reprinting box games ( this will never happend again. most will use digital version, reason is no disk load error anymore ) so WB need to msg you in where to buy a digital version if the even doing this at all. ( sorry to say it you might want to grb the box version fast, it can take years before they resell it as DL version)
see how long some classic games has been only reason a digital DL now.
