Buying a game as a gift

There is no BUY button, it just says view in library or I wouldnt have asked this question here...   I also see that it says I cannot buy a pre order?? Game drops today sometime... I am already playing.. I will wait to see if anything changes after drop. Thank you for the reply...      I am seriousy confused why I can't buy this as a pre order?   I guess I am used to steam. They make sure your able to buy ANYTHING for anyone.    I will try again shortly and post my results here.

Okay...   you have to hit the down arrow beside the VIEW in library, and there is a tab that says buy as a gift there.
