Can not remove the sims 4 from my library

I am having the same problem, was there ever a fix for this? I have tried the same steps in this thread and they have not worked.

Hey @Azzigoth it is not possible to remove games from your My Game Library, the best thing to do is to filter your games so that you can hide any games that you do not wish to see anymore.
