can't download sims 4 for free

Everytime I go to download the game, it shows I need to pay for it. I'm not sure if it's because I'm in the Uk or it's because I have a mac.

    Yes! I had to restart origins, search sims 4 on origins and then there should be a way to download it from that screen.

Yeaaah~ there isnt any button to download. just leads me back to the subscription page T.T

Are you trying to claim The Sims 4 from Origin, or the EA App?
