@Lorraine098 Have you manually restarted your computer yourself yet? If not, please try it now.
If that doesn't help, go to ea.com and sign in. Click on your avatar (it will be a blue silhouette in the upper right corner of the screen if you haven't uploaded anything else), and select Account Settings. In the Security tab, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Untrust for any devices listed. Then run the Origin reset tool again, for good measure, restart your computer, and try to sign into Origin.

@puzzlezaddict I literally have nothing under “trusted devices”. Nothing is working. I understand nothing about computers and I’m frustrated.

You need at least a bachelors in computer science to get an EA game to work correctly.
